In many nations (including America?) the presumption of innocence is the principle that one is considered innocent until “proven” guilty. Thus, the burden of proof lies with the prosecution. Debate concerning the shooting of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman did not follow that guideline.

George Zimmerman has been accused and convicted of murder by the leftist media in the court of public opinion. Democrat political activists, Hollywood and TV celebrities and the Democrat Party politicians (at all levels of government and ranking as high as President Obama) joined the media in adjudging Zimmerman before he was afforded a trial!

It is not Zimmerman’s fault that he was not initially charged with murder. Under Florida law, the evidence is overwhelming that he shot Trayvon Martin in self-defense. By examining evidence, interviewing eyewitnesses and by scrutinizing Zimmerman’s account of the incident, detectives determined that the shooting was justified under Florida’s stand your ground law. Only after politicians were pressured by the media and political activists, who make a living by inciting racial tensions, was George Zimmerman charged with murder.

 According to “Rules For Radicals” certain deaths are so politically useful that they should not go unexploited. Leftwing progressives in the media and Democrat Party political activists follow Rules for Radicals religiously. Most Americans view Martins death as a tragedy, but Martin’s killing was a blessing and a gift to the radical left. Murders in Chicago, Obama’s hometown, are more common than fleas on a camel and no one seems to care. Those mostly ‘black on black” killings are not politically valuable to the left even when many victims are young children.

         On 2/26/2012, George Zimmerman fired one-shot killing Trayvon Martin in a shooting that was investigated by local law enforcement and determined by homicide detectives to be an act of self-defense. The killing of Martin by Zimmerman is not in dispute but nearly all the details and motives surrounding the event are being questioned in a high profile, televised trial. Neither I nor anyone following the Zimmerman trial will ever know with certainty the sequence of events and complete truth of what happened, so how can so many politicians, celebrities and journalists across the nation know that Zimmerman is a vigilante, a racist and the murderer of a sweet, young, innocent boy that has never done anything wrong other than being born black and putting on a hoodie before walking the streets of racist white America? 
(Has anyone on the left noticed that a majority of whites joined minority voters to elected a black man as president of the United States?)

          Over a year ago, the media and political activists nationwide convicted George Zimmerman of profiling, hunting down, and then “shooting like a dog” a young, angelic, “dear sweet” African-American child carrying a bag of Skittles and Ice Tea.

President Obama joined the controversy by personalizing and associating himself with Trayvon Martin despite, like everyone else, Obama had little or no direct knowledge of the case.

For some reason Obama stated that if he were to have a son, the child would look like Trayvon Martin! How could he know that? Is that because they have a genetic connection or simply because Trayvon is black and Obama is half black? WTH! (What the Hell?)

BILL MAHER TELLS HIS AUDIENCE OF IMBECILES THAT ZIMMERMAN WAS UNINJURED

Bill Maher, in typical sophomoric and moronic fashion, calls Zimmerman a “big fat Fx#king liar” and provides his proof by showing a blurry video of Zimmerman being perp walked into the police station. Spike Lee tweeted what he thought was Zimmerman’s home address while the New Black Panthers put a $10,000 bounty on Zimmerman’s head.

As you can see there is no lack of negative opinion about Zimmerman while Trayvon Martin is portrayed as a sweet, innocent child skipping down the sidewalk, eating skittles and just trying to get home on a rainy night.

The truth is, Trayvon Martin was in Sanford, Fl. visiting his father because he had been suspended from school for possessing burglary tools and allegedly stolen jewelry. Why is the media not reporting what is in the records of the Sanford Police Department and the Miami-Dade School District Police Department? The “Miami Herald” is one of the few newspapers to report about Martin’s past legal problems.

Martin should have been arrested when he was caught at school with burglary tools and over a dozen items of allegedly stolen female jewelry. Previously, there are reports that Martin is accused of possessing marijuana, firearms and defacing school property.

Much has been made of Zimmerman’s interest in MMA but little of Trayvon Martin’s involvement in various assaults or his text messages exulting the joys of brawling and fighting.

Low information Democrats are unaware of these facts because the sources that the idiots rely on for news don’t’ mention them.

While protecting Martin’s reputation NBC has led the attack on Zimmerman. Zimmerman is suing NBC for doctoring and then broadcasting a 911 call to make him appear to be a racist vigilante. For a year, MSNBC has conducted nightly group sessions of leftwing, lynch mob journalists led by Al Sharpton demanding the head of Zimmerman.

Caught red handed, the unethical NBC executives of the propaganda network tossed a few junior journalists under the bus in an attempt to try and salvage some credibility with the public.

“The network's coverage of the George Zimmerman-Trayvon Martin controversy costs reporter Lilia Luciano her job less than two weeks after the firing of Jeff Burnside.

A scandal at NBC News over the multiple airings of deceptively edited audio from a 911 call placed by George Zimmerman the night he killed Trayvon Martin has cost a third journalist her job, an NBC insider confirmed Thursday.

The fired NBC reporter was identified as Lilia Luciano, a national correspondent for the Today show, Nightly News with Brian Williams and MSNBC who joined the network 18 months ago from Univision.

Luciano is credited for being one of the earliest reporters to cover the controversial shooting, which occurred Feb. 26 but remained headline news for several weeks as civil rights activists like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson demanded the arrest of Zimmerman, who had claimed he shot Martin in self defense. Zimmerman was charged with second-degree murder on April 11."

         

MSNBC host, Al Sharpton, whipped a crowd up into a frenzy at a rally in Sanford, Fl. as he called for the arrest of Zimmerman. The Rev. Sharpton led the rally with the cry, "No justice, No peace" that electrified the crowd. The people who were bussed into Sanford by the Democrat Party community organizers needed no rallying call -- their anger was already clear. They want Trayvon Martin's killer behind bars.

""Late Monday, the Seminole County NAACP held a town hall meeting at a church near a memorial site for Martin.

Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump, who as a potential witness in the case can't be present in the courtroom until he testifies, told the crowd that the outcome of the case would have far-reaching implications.

"It became a civil rights matter the night the police did not arrest the killer of an unarmed child," Crump said. "It's going to be a litmus test to show how far we have come."

The case took on racial dimensions after Martin's family claimed that Zimmerman had racially profiled Martin and that police were dragging their feet in bringing charges. Zimmerman, whose mother is Hispanic and whose father is white, has denied the confrontation had anything to do with race.

Prosecutor John Guy's first words to the jury recounted what Zimmerman told a dispatcher in a call shortly after spotting Martin: "F------ punks. These a-------. They always get away."

Zimmerman was profiling Martin as he followed him, Guy said. He said Zimmerman viewed the teen "as someone about to a commit a crime in his neighborhood."

"And he acted on it. That's why we're here," the prosecutor said.

Zimmerman didn't have to shoot Martin, Guy said. "He shot him for the worst of all reasons: because he wanted to," he said.

The prosecutor portrayed the watch captain as a vigilante, saying, "Zimmerman thought it was his right to rid his neighborhood of anyone who did not belong.""

Unique to this trial, the defense has had the burden of proof not the prosecution. The defense must prove that contrary to all the doctored and misleading reports made by the national media, the verdict of “guilty” that has been predetermined by the Hollywood and TV celebrities and the Congressional Democrat politician’s is unjust.

Will the jury “un-convict” Zimmerman or has too  much libel and slander been committed to rehabilitate the poor man?

“A raft of former Democratic proponents are so eager to distance themselves from Obamacare that they are looking for a scapegoat.”

         That’s right, even the idiots in Congress that passed Obamacare are trying to distance themselves from responsibility and get exemptions from the hideous legislation!

“The fear: Government-subsidized premiums will disappear at the end of the year under a provision in the health care law that nudges aides and lawmakers onto the government health care exchanges, which could make their benefits exorbitantly expensive.”

“Currently, aides and lawmakers receive their health care under the generous Federal Employee Health Benefits Program. The government subsidizes upward of 75 percent of the premiums for the health insurance plans.”

Let me translate! The government does not subsidize congress; YOU the taxpayer subsidize 75% of government workers premiums! Government workers whine about living with the burdens and regulations that they happily place on the very citizens that they are paid to serve! WAKE UP PEOPLE!

From the start, most Republicans and independents warned that the Affordable Care Act would be a disaster. Democrats led by Pelosi, Reid and Obama claimed we would all love Obamacare!

Despite reality, recent history shows that the Democrats, the media, and

the Hollywood/TV celebrities will persist in trying to blame Republicans for nearly all of societies problems.

Many low information Democrats will be persuaded that Republicans are

in control of Washington, D.C. and causing the hardships that America faces including Obamacare’s failure despite the fact that when the Affordable Care Act was passed, opponents (mostly Republicans) warned that it would be a disaster.

         A raft of former Democratic proponents is now eager to distance themselves from Obamacare.

        

         Democrat Sen. Max Baucus the author and chief sponsor of Obamacare worries that the implementation of the law will be a "train wreck."

Baucus' words were revealing: No one in the country bears more responsibility for the complexity of this law than Baucus!

How did we fall for this Democrat Utopian Scam?

         Obama took office in 2009 with the luxury of having his Democrat Party allies in control of all three branches of the federal government. Obama and the Democrats used this domination (over two years of absolute political power) to pass Obamacare into law against the wishes of the majority of Americans while putting job creation and the devastated economy on the back burner.

While cramming Obamacare down our throats, Speaker, Nancy Pelosi infamously proclaimed; "But we have to pass the [health care] bill so that you can find out what is in it." Republican and Independent politicians might as well have taken a two year vacation as the Democrats implemented their irresponsible, out of control “cracker jack” style of legislative power.

In the Senate, Harry Reid passed Obamacare without a single Republican vote! Reid and President Obama, setup massive Obamacare spending as they drained $716 billion out of Medicare to pay for it!

Now America, including the low information Democrat, has discovered that the prize inside the Obamacare, “Cracker Jack Box” is a bitter pill to swallow.

        

Left leaning Politico.com has reported that the dunderhead Democrats in Congress who passed Obamacare and then cheered Nancy Pelosi as she carried a cartoonish, oversized, speakers gavel to the Capital Building while marching arm in arm with her socialist Democrat cohorts have now raised concerns over the 2000 page monstrosity.

Rep. John Larson, a Connecticut Democrat in leadership when the law passed, said;

“Listen this is simply not fair to these employees. They are federal employees.”

This is how our government views you! Low quality expensive healthcare is just fine for us little people, we taxpaying peons, but my goodness, how can we expect federal employees to settle for such inferior services?

Not to be outdone by Democrat colleague John Larson, far left Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) chimed in;

“This law raises premiums, lowers the quality of care, increases taxes and jeopardizes the insurance Americans were promised they could keep”

Wyden also noted that the law would drastically increase premiums for the young.

Wyden is correct! Obamacare will negatively impact many younger Americans.

Here's a list of how young adults will be hurt by the law!

1 ) Premium increases.

Obamacare imposes age-rating rules that increase premiums for young adults. The oldest group of (non-Medicare) adults normally consumes about five times as much medical care as the youngest group. Under Obamacare, young adults will pay artificially high premiums, and older adults will pay artificially low premiums. Estimates are that the effect will be an increase of premiums for those ages 18–24 by 45 percent and those ages 25–29 by 35 percent while decreasing premiums for those ages 55–59 by 12 percent and those ages 60–64 by 13 percent.

How will all those Obama-Zombie college kids like Obamacare when they get the bill? LOL!

2) Loss of coverage.

Obamacare puts in place new rules that prohibit plans with annual limits. While limited health plans may not be ideal, some coverage is still better than none. Several colleges across the country have already stopped offering low-cost plans to students because of the new regulations. LOL! A college offering a plan that cost students $445 a year with an annual limit of $10,000 had to cancel the program because Obamacare requires a minimum cap of $100,000! That would increase student premiums to more than $2,000 for the new level of coverage!

In the 2013-2014 school year, the minimum cap is set at $500,000, and after that, no payout cap is allowed. This will obviously lead colleges to drop all coverage!

3) Feds. Takeover student loans.

Obamacare ends government subsidies to private lenders and puts the federal government in charge of originating and servicing federally backed student loans. This will guaranty rising college costs. Colleges will once again be able to increase costs, and students with easy access to low-interest loans will once again be able to pay inflated costs enticing them into stifling debt and dooming them to years of subservience to the federal government and the IRS tax collectors.

4) Less money for education.

Obamacare's massive expansion of Medicaid will be difficult to sustain on already strained state budgets. As states are forced to redirect a growing portion of their budgets to Medicaid, less funding will be available for education. The Medicaid expansion will increase state spending and only gets worse as federal contributions gradually decline.

5) Crushing Debt.

Future generations will be left footing the bill for Obamacare and its irresponsible spending. Obamacare does not reduce health insurance premiums, spending, or the deficit. The latest cost estimate for Obamacare is $1.5 trillion over the next 10 years. As the national debt approaches $16 trillion and the cost of Obamacare continues to rise, younger Americans will be saddled with crushing taxes to pay for it.

The shear number of Obama Administration scandals has overwhelmed most intelligent, well-informed people. Despite Constitutional protections the lawless Obama Administration lead by Eric Holder’s corrupt Department of Justice has turned our freedom loving, Representative Republic into an Orwellian, tyrannical, big brother police state.

         It is now clear that since Obama’s election, the mainstream media provides no oversight of federal government abuses and in fact operates as a propaganda branch of the Democrat Party. Surely, Stalin’s communist puppets at Pravda would observe with great admiration at how our media leads the unwashed masses down the path to servitude of the powerful elite.

  

I have now learned that The National Football League and Hollywood celebrity elites will be enlisted by the Democrats to join the mainstream media as they propagandize the wonders and benefits of Obamacare. Masses of apathetic, low information Democrat voters (who constitute 50% of the national electorate) will be herded like cattle into the government controlled pens of dependency in exchange for their personal freedom, privacy and opportunity. Those opposed will be forced through fines by government to comply. The result will be low quality, expensive healthcare and the loss of privacy and freedom for all. I thought the Constitution granted freedom and liberty for all.

Concerned, informed citizens who oppose the leftist elites and their disastrous policies will be mocked, ridiculed and labeled as greedy, heartless, racist, bigot pigs by the media and the cheerleading celebrities, even as these same wealthy Democrat elites continue to exploit and intentionally keep their base constituents (the poor, undereducated and low information Democrats) in dependence, despair and hopelessness.  

           The Obamacare law is so awful that even the media and the mindless Democrat politicians who passed the law are turning against the bill. Will America finally come to it’s senses before it’s to late and demand the repeal of Obamacare? Or will the media including “The Palm Beach Post” continue to lie to the public and keep the low information Democrat voters in the government pen of dependency and control? I’m sure the cowards at The Post will always toe the party line of the Democrats.
