PRESIDENT OBAMA THROWS 4 MILLION YOUNG AMERICAN JOB SEEKERS UNDER A BUS OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS

         In typical anti-democratic fashion, the Democrat Party and the Obama Administration, by royal decree, implemented a controversial executive order to allow over 800,00 young, educated, illegal immigrants to remain in the U.S. and to receive work permits. His clearly unconstitutional mandate bypassed the American people’s representatives, the United Sates Congress, and was announced on Friday afternoon.  

 

     The United States Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that unemployment among American citizens between the age of 16 and 24 years of age is over four million! The unemployment rate for young blacks is 31% and for Hispanics is 20.1%! Now, President Obama has added nearly a million more jobless illegal immigrants between the age of 16 and 30yr.

“The number of unemployed youth in July 2011 was 4.1 million, down from 4.4 million a

year ago. The youth unemployment rate declined by 1.0 percentage point over the year to

18.1 percent in July 2011, after hitting a record high for July in 2010. Among major

demographic groups, unemployment rates were lower than a year earlier for young men

(18.3 percent) and Asians (15.3 percent), while jobless rates were little changed for

young women (17.8 percent), whites (15.9 percent), blacks (31.0 percent),

and Hispanics (20.1 percent).”

         Most Americans have heard stories of young American citizens graduating from college shackled with a lifetime, mountain of debt and then being forced to return home to live with parents due to their inability to find jobs. A new Reuters report shows that in 2007, before Obama became president, 1.2 million adult children moved back home. After 3 1/2 years of Obama rule, that number has grown to a staggering 15.8 Million! 
      How might our genius president and the Democrat Party solve this enormous problem? Would you expect Obama to grant work permits to an additional 800,000 unemployed young people who are not even U.S. citizens and are living in the country illegally? Proving that fact is stranger than fiction that is exactly what Obama did!

        

How will the 20.1% of all the legal Hispanic American citizens- many second and third generation immigrants who’s parents and grandparents have been working here legally and paying taxes for a hundred years- who can not find jobs react to those 800,000 illegal’s’ jumping the line and competing for their jobs?

How will the 31% of young unemployed black Americans react to immediately having even more competition and fewer job opportunities due to Barrack Obama’s political ambition? Will these groups walk mindlessly in lock step to the polls, Obama Zombies, to cast votes for the Democrats? Incredibly, the answer is probably yes!

         With the liberal Democrat media propaganda machine running at full throttle, these misguided minority groups will likely continue to vote against their own best interests. Strong leaders among them like Marco Rubio- who has a plan for a reasonable and permanent Dream Act- and Allen West-who wants more opportunity for blacks like himself, not more dependence on government- will be trashed by the left and painted as intolerant rightwing ideologues. To the left, conservative minorities are former “Democrat Party Owned Slaves” that have rebelled, runaway and are off the white, liberal plantation of the Democrat elites. They must be destroyed.

         Locally, DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and editor Randy Schultz will help lead the socialist Democrat propaganda campaign to undermine the U.S. Constitution at the expense of the rights that protect American citizens. The media propagandists condone Obama’s usurpation of Congressional power denying the duly elected representatives of the American people a voice.

King Obama’s latest decree was so over the top and clearly unconstitutional- he granted a massive group of people exemption from existing federal law- that even Randy Schultz had to acknowledge the audacity of the political move before he eventually attempted to rationalize Obama’s lawlessness as justified.

Obama did not take the lead in advancing immigration reform when he had those two years of Democrat dominance, why now merely months from the election?

Randy Schultz rationalizes Obama’s inaction in good propagandist fashion; he attempts to shield Obama from responsibility. Without questioning why Obama did not make reforms in his first two years, this is what Schultz wrote about the 2010 Congressional Dream Act Vote:

“Yes, five Democratic senators voted against the Dream Act, which “failed” 55-41. But 36 Republicans voted no. The margin in the House was 216-198, but among the supporters were South Florida’s three Hispanic representatives, all Republicans.

Two Republican senators voted yes: Michael Bennett of Utah and Richard Lugar of Indiana.”

         So two Republicans voted for the Dream Act. (My research shows that Republican Lisa Murkowski also supported the act for a total of 3 Republicans) Despite the bipartisan support, the Dream Act failed, one could say that all five votes that defeated the act came from the 5 Senate Democrats! Is Obama such a weak leader that he could not sway those 5 Democrat votes if he deemed the issue to be crucial?

“Three Republicans — Sens. Robert Bennett (Utah), Dick Lugar (Ind.) and Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) — voted to advance the legislation.

Five Democrats voted no: Sens. Max Baucus (Mont.), Kay Hagan (N.C.), Ben Nelson (Neb.), Mark Pryor (Ark.), and Jon Tester (Mont.).”

Schultz continues his distortions. In his editorial, Schultz wrote the following:

“As to the larger question of whether this policy is fair to citizens, were these minors and now-young adults supposed to have stayed behind when their parents came? Why would we send back to countries they no longer know — or never knew — people who consider themselves Americans?”

The obvious legal and constitutional answer to Schultz’s question is that all illegal family members including the parents who broke the laws of the United States should return to the neighborhoods in the countries from which they came. Duh! The many relatives still living there would likely welcome most expatriates home. They have been educated courtesy of the American property owners and income taxpayers. They might become leaders of their communities in their native countries, a secondary option not available to most American citizens.They then would all have the ability to apply for legal immigration into America just as millions of other minorities have done in the past.
 I feel sorry for those young immigrants, victims of their parent’s illegal actions, but I feel even greater empathy for young American citizens who are burdened with student loan debt obligations to the U.S. government and who cannot find employment in their own country; they have no other homeland to return to.

If the Obama administration is re-elected and we endure 4 more years of their tyranny and insane policies, many desperate Americans might end up crossing illegally into South America or Mexico to seek jobs! Lets see how those foreign governments welcome us when we attempt to take their scarce jobs!

Sunday, 6/10/2012, Randy Schultz, Editor of the Editorial Page of the Palm Beach Post published an editorial entitled “In Florida, not all voters are created equal”. I agree, some are legal and others are illegal.

 The left whines that voter fraud is rare and that strict registration rules and ID requirements are not necessary. I say that even one fraudulent vote is unacceptable because it might cancel out my legal vote. Shouldn’t every legal voter agree? One would suppose.

Randy Schultz asks, “Suppose, though, that if the Democrats ran Tallahassee they passed a bill designed to “crack down” on absentee ballot fraud…. If Democrats did all those things, Republicans would howl…”

I disagree. I believe that the Republicans and Independents welcome strict voter registration and ID laws for all voting including absentees.

Schultz believes that absentee voting is a “Republican thing.” He states that the GOP encourages absentee voting. That may be true but again Schultz is wrong. Democrats too love early and absentee voting because it is easier to cast those votes fraudulently. The Democrat Party -that cannot win on the issues -relies on ACORN style voter fraud. Groups that attempt to register illegal immigrants, convicted felons, dead people, fictitious people and who register legitimate voters multiple times are progressive, leftist organizations.

Again, Randy Schultz is wrong about who likes early and absentee voting. This type of voting has become the favorite target for the progressive’s voter fraud. The following exposes just a small part of the Democrat Machines scammers and felons working for progressive groups such as

Among the people arrested was the Madison County Supervisor of Elections, who appears to have known about all of this. The list of arrests is actually pretty striking:

•                Abra “Tina” Hill Johnson, 43, was charged with 10 counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote, and two counts of absentee ballots and voting violations.

•                Her husband Ernest Sinclair Johnson, Jr., 45, was charged with 11 counts of fraud in connection with casting votes, one count of corruptly influencing voting, and one count of perjury by false written declaration.

•                Jada Woods Williams, 34, Madison County Supervisor of Elections, was charged with 17 counts of neglect of duty and corrupt practices for allowing the distribution of these absentee ballots, contrary to Florida state statute.

•                Judy Ann Crumitie, 51, charged with four counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote, and one count of providing a false report to law enforcement authorities.

•                Laverne V. Haynes, 57, charged with two counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote, two counts of perjury by false written declaration, and one count of providing a false report to law enforcement authorities.

•                Ora Bell Rivers, 41, charged with seven counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote, three counts of perjury by false written declaration, and one count of providing a false report to law enforcement authorities.

•                Raven Simona Williams, 20, charged with two counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote, two counts of perjury by false written declaration, and one count of providing a false report to law enforcement authorities

•                Shalonda Michaelle Brinson, 36, charged with nine counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote, and one count of provided a false report to law enforcement authorities.

Good thing that the FBI doesn’t believe the left’s claim that voter fraud doesn’t exist.

            U. S. Rep. Tom Rooney recognizes Florida’s dilemma. The following is a letter he wrote to the corrupt Attorney General, Eric Holder, who is yet another Democrat proponent of voter fraud and intimidation.

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Rep. Tom Rooney (FL-16) today sent a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder demanding that the Department of Justice stop its efforts to block the state of Florida from verifying the eligibility of registered voters. 

“The Department of Justice under President Obama has become so politicized that it consistently puts aiding the President’s reelection campaign ahead of upholding justice and enforcing the rule of law,” Rooney said.  “The Attorney General is now actively working to enable voter fraud and allow illegal immigrants to cast votes in the state of Florida – this is a new low, even for this Administration.”

Rightjuris.com reporter Beth Shaw on 10/27/2010 published the following story on Daytona, Florida Democrat voter fraud:

Apparently, Henry and Robinson requested a large number of absentee ballots for various individuals from the same email address. Ann McFall became more suspicious of the requests in that they were all for the Daytona Beach City Commission Zone 5 race. Derrick Henry is the Zone 5 incumbent.

It was discovered that Henry and Robinson had requested a total of 92 absentee ballots, apparently in an attempt to help Henry’s re-election chances. Officers searched Henry’s home in September and found absentee ballot applications, receipts and ballots as well as handbooks on Florida election laws.

All 92 people whose names had been used to obtain absentee ballots were interviewed. Some hadn’t lived in the state or county in years, others didn’t request the ballots but were contacted by Robinson who ‘helped’ them fill out the ballots. Some were relatives of Henry and Robinson.

	2007	A man in Reynoldsburg was indicted on two felony counts of illegal voting and false registration, after being registered by ACORN to vote in two separate counties.
	2004	A grand jury indicted a Columbus ACORN worker for submitting a false signature and false voter registration form. In Franklin County, two ACORN workers submitted what the director of the board of election supervisors called “blatantly false” forms. In Cuyahoga County, ACORN and its affiliate Project Vote submitted registration cards that had the highest rate of errors for any voter registration group.
PA	2009	Seven ACORN workers in the Pittsburgh area were indicted for submitting falsified voter registration forms. Six of the seven were also indicted for registering voters under an illegal quota system.
	2008	State election officials have thrown out 57,435 voter registrations, the majority of which were submitted by ACORN. The registrations were thrown out after officials found "clearly fraudulent" signatures, vacant lots listed as addresses, and other signs of fraud.
	2008	An ACORN employee in West Reading, PA, was sentenced to up to 23 months in prison for identity theft and tampering with records. A second ACORN worker pleaded not guilty to the same charges and is free on $10,000 bail.
	2004	Reading’s Director of Elections received calls from numerous individuals complaining that ACORN employees deliberately put inaccurate information on their voter registration forms. The Berks County director of elections said voter fraud was “absolutely out of hand,” and added: “Not only do we have unintentional duplication of voter registration but we have blatant duplicate voter registrations.” The Berks County deputy director of elections added that ACORN was under investigation by the Department of Justice.
TX	2008	In Harris County, nearly 10,000 ACORN-submitted registrations were found to be invalid, including many with clearly fraudulent addresses or other personal information.
	2008	ACORN turned in the voter registration form of David Young, who told reporters “The signature is not my signature. It’s not even close.” His social security number and date of birth were also incorrect.
VA	2005	In 2005, the Virginia State Board of Elections admonished Project Vote and ACORN for turning in a significant number of faulty voter registrations. An audit revealed that 83% of sampled registrations that were rejected for carrying false or questionable information were submitted by Project Vote. Many of these registrations carried social security numbers that exist for other people, listed non-existent or commercial addresses, or were for convicted felons in violation of state and federal election law. In a letter to ACORN, the State Board of Elections reported that 56% of the voter registration applications ACORN turned in were ineligible. Further, a full 35% were not submitted in a timely manner, as required by law. The State Board of Elections also commented on what appeared to be evidence of intentional voter fraud. "Additionally,” they wrote, “information appears to have been altered on some applications where information given by the applicant in one color ink has been scratched through and re-entered in another color ink. Any alteration of a voter registration application is a Class 5 Felony in accordance with § 24.2-1009 of the Code of Virginia."
WA	2007	Three ACORN employees pleaded guilty, and four more were charged, in the worst case of voter registration fraud in Washington state history. More than 2,000 fraudulent voter registration cards were submitted by the group during a voter registration drive.
WI	2008	At least 33,000 ACORN-submitted registrations in Milwaukee have been called into question after it was found that the organizations had been using felons as registration workers, in violation of state election rules. Two people involved in the ongoing Wisconsin voter fraud investigation have been charged with felonies.
	2004	The district attorney’s office investigated seven voter registration applications Project Vote employees filed in the names of people who said the group never contacted them. Former Project Vote employee Robert Marquise Blakely told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that he had not met with any of the people whose voter registration applications he signed, “an apparent violation of state law,” according to the paper.

Randy Schultz, like most corrupt Democrats, wants little or no voter law enforcement; come one come all! They know that the ones who don’t play by the rules, feel a sense of entitlement and want something for nothing are usually Democrats.

            The New York Times, in a report that is acquiescent if not outright supportive, describes how President Obama orders the killing of terror suspects from a list compiled by government. The president personally reviews the biographical profiles of suspects and selects those individuals marking them for assassination. The administration calls this list the “Kill List”.

The objective of this post is not to criticize the presidents’ policy; for the most part, I support the president’s strategy.

(I prefer the more even handed Bush-Cheney policy of trying to capture, interrogated and water boarded -if necessary- insurgents and then hold them indefinitely at Gitmo -if convicted of crimes- so that they can not return to the battlefield.)

My objective is to once again show the double standard and hypocrisy of our media and to do what they refuse to do, scrutinize Barrack Obama’s Administration.

For eight years the media persecuted Bush and Cheney for instituting reasonable anti-terror policies. Obama continued Bush’s policies and the media criticism abruptly stopped. Now Obama has escalated his aggressive strategy which is to assassinate suspects first, ask questions later! Because the president is a Democrat, outright assassination without trial has now become an acceptable practice of our government to the Pro-Democrat lame stream media.

The concern of possible mistaken identity or of innocent people becoming collateral damage to Obama’s bombs is apparently not of concern to the left. Why, because Obama is a progressive, a Democrat Commander in Chief. I have not seen one critical report of Obama’s “Kill List” in the sucky Palm Beach Post, the same paper that for 8 years utilized an ocean of ink attacking the Bush-Cheney’s anti-terrorist policies.

Where are Cindy Sheehan, Code Pink and all the anti-war protesters hiding? Do they really not care about war? Are they just political stooges for the left?

The following is the from the report by the liberal New York Times describing Obama’s “Kill List”:

“WASHINGTON — This was the enemy, served up in the latest chart from the intelligence agencies: 15 Qaeda suspects in Yemen with Western ties. The mug shots and brief biographies resembled a high school yearbook layout. Several were Americans. Two were teenagers, including a girl who looked even younger than her 17 years.”

           

The Times described how Obama is unilaterally targeting and killing- without trial- young men and women suspected of being terrorists. Many of the dead were young black men living half way around the world in Yemen, Africa. How different would this New York Times report be if Bush and Cheney were still in office? Would the article’s title be “IMPEACH THE WAR CRIMINAL PRESIDENT!”? The New York Times seems to admire Obama’s assassinations; their report was entitled:

   “Secret ‘Kill List’ Proves a Test of Obama’s Principles and Will”.

    The Times reports:

            “His actions have often remained inscrutable, obscured by awkward secrecy rules, polarized political commentary and the president’s own deep reserve.”

         Can you imagine the reaction of The New York Times or The sucky Palm Beach Post if Bush-Cheney developed an assassination list that included American citizens and used inscrutable actions obscured by secrecy rules? Would they respect Bush’s deep reserve to protect the nation? LOL!

         More from the Times fawning report of our international, state sponsored assassinations:

 

“A few sharp-eyed observers inside and outside the government understood what the public did not. Without showing his hand, Mr. Obama had preserved three major policies — rendition, military commissions and indefinite detention — that have been targets of human rights groups since the 2001 terrorist attacks”.

The New York Times admits that Obama has retained the Bush-Cheney policies but now the media accepts the strategy and hardly mentions protestations of human rights groups!

The following is more of the liberal Democrat hypocrisy reported by the Times.

“Harold H. Koh, for instance, as dean of Yale Law School was a leading liberal critic of the Bush administration’s counterterrorism policies. But since becoming the State Department’s top lawyer, Mr. Koh said, he has found in Mr. Brennan a principled ally.

“If John Brennan is the last guy in the room with the president, I’m comfortable, because Brennan is a person of genuine moral rectitude,” Mr. Koh said. “It’s as though you had a priest with extremely strong moral values who was suddenly charged with leading a war”.

         So, the Bush bashing Mr. Koh, after being hired by Obama suddenly becomes not only a supporter of Bush-Cheney policies, as conducted by Obama, but approves of an aggressive escalation; a policy of assassinating terror suspects without a trial!

Obama turned to his corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder to answer the following question concerning legality; “Could Obama order the targeted killing of an American citizen, in a country with which the United States was not at war, in secret and without the benefit of a trial”?

The Times further reports the DOJ’S conclusion:

“The Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel prepared a lengthy memo justifying that extraordinary step, asserting that while the Fifth Amendment’s guarantee of due process applied, it could be satisfied by internal deliberations in the executive branch. Mr. Obama gave his approval, and Mr. Awlaki was killed in September 2011, along with a fellow propagandist, Samir Khan, an American citizen who was not on the target list but was traveling with him.

If the president had qualms about this momentous step, aides said he did not share them”.

How would the press react if Bush claimed he could satisfy the Fifth Amendments’ guarantee of due process by internal deliberations with Dick Cheney and his executive branch? Again, LOL!

As an independent, I supported Bush’s anti-terror policies and I support Obama’s tough strategy to protect America. Unlike the Democrats and the national media, I’m consistent; still, a little media oversight might be helpful to our Republic. I don’t expect any oversight of Obama by the Palm Beach Post, but I must ask:

WHY DID THE PALM BEACH POST SAVAGE GEORGE BUSH?

WHY DOES THE CORRUPT PALM BEACH POST ALLOW OBAMA’S POLICIES TO GO UNCHALLANGED?
